We offer an array of wedding planning packages, all of which include day of coordination.
Our most popular package is our Reception Coordination & Design package. It includes everything you get in the Reception Only Coordination package, but also adds full design and vision assistance. It's that wedding reception you've only dreamed of!
Take it a step further, we also cater to the bride who needs more than day of coordination, but less than full planning. These are our Partial Planning brides. These brides have done some to a lot of planning on their own, but haven’t done it all. These brides need help pulling everything together, selecting certain vendors, and other planning details.
Lastly, our Full Planning package targets brides who have next to nothing planned. Typically this bride is newly engaged and may or may not have set a date yet. We welcome you to our wedding world with open arms! We can work with you in one of two ways — some brides completely hand over the reigns to us and we take care of every single little detail. Other brides enjoy still having an active role planning and we stand by you the entire time, showing you the way.

Wedding Planning Services & Packages
Our planning packages are for the bride who need to go a step farther than our day of coordination services. They range from just a small step over day of to full planning, where we handle ever little detail. Based on our experience, we have created three pre-made packages.We gladly meet with brides for a complimentary consultation. Should you feel that none of these packages fit your unique needs, we can gladly create a package for you by either combining packages, or creating one from scratch.
- In person meeting
- Additional meeting to be used as a final walkthrough of reception space
- Up to three more in person meetings to be used to meet with decor vendors/attend meetings. These can include linens, uplighting, floral meetings/mockups, etc.
- Up to three decor/vision vendor referrals
- Full development of reception vision, including ensuring your reception has a cohisive feel throughout
- Collection of all reception items
- Full reception layout creation
- Full reception set up and management of vendors
- Stay the entire night to ensure everything runs smoothly
